First school-pilot scope
The initial pilot is designed to prove one complete school and independent-reviewer journey. The scope is agreed before onboarding and may include configuration, authorised user setup, guided workflow testing, controlled operational evidence, defect support and a pilot gate report.
How the investment is determined
The required investment depends on the school or group structure, number of authorised users, agreed readiness scope, onboarding support, evidence-storage needs, independent-review effort and pilot duration. A written proposal defines the scope, responsibilities, exclusions and investment before work begins.
A school’s investment does not purchase a readiness level, assurance result, regulatory outcome or public badge. Review decisions must follow the stated evidence and human-assurance process.
Outside the first pilot
Parent comparison, public-profile publication, Arabic-language capability, Learning Hub, Parent Learning Pulse and School Report Companion are later product stages unless expressly included in a future written scope.
